PPO GROUP CZ, s.r.o. offers a wide range of returnable packaging under its own EKOLINE brand. (ECOlogical, ECOnomical) made of PP and PE materials.
Products of EKOLINE series can be customized exactly according to customer's requirements. Production can be realized in piece quantities.

The EKOLINE series includes:
  • Boomerang boxes, Combi boxes, Sliding waves I. II. III. generation, Sliderpac, Ecofoldbox, Smartfoldbox
  • Textile and foam dunnage, corrugated plastic dividers, laminated
  • Sliding Waves, Ecofoldbox and Smartfoldbox projects 
  • Steal racks and special custom packaging.
This use of specially adapted dunnage for type products largely reduces the risk of their damage during their transport and handling.

We test materials, technological processes, and finished products.

 
  • The materials we use must go through a validation of:
      technological processing technical and end-use properties
      all technological processes go through diligent testing
 
  • Each product line goes through testing prior to its launch on the market:
      technical properties (loading, stacking capacity, etc.)
      end-use properties
 
  • Thanks to these inputs we guarantee excellent properties of our packaging for the entire duration of the project and in the whole logistic cycle.
  • We perform tests:
     stacking
     temperature
     vibration
     transport
     material abrasion
 
  • We also conduct the following tests:
      tensile strength
      bonding strength
      electrical resistance
 
  • Based on the test results, we can choose the most suitable material for a specific product and guarantee the highest quality of the material used.

Development and design

The development and  design of the prototype take place in the company own design studio.This is the place of the development of products and  concepts according to the most recent trends and using the most advanced technologies. At this stage the package is tested both by our specialists and in  the operation directly at the customer.

The production of required series.
After the approval of the prototype the serial production is launched. Our plant for processing of plastics fully utilizes modern polymers and applies the latest HI-TEC technologies. We rigorously observe the quality of production at the highest level corresponding to internationally recognized standards A careful output inspection is another integral part of the whole production process. We are holders of the ISO 9001 certificate.
Deployment of packages
Properly designed and  precisely manufactured package primarily protects products against damages during the transport and  facilitates handling in the logistic circulation. The package designed and produced in this way also brings significant financial and time savings.
