The merger of PPO SK, a packaging manufacturer, and DEMA Senica, a production and sales company, brought not only a new common name of PPO Dema s.r.o., but also a wider range of products, human capital and a shift to new industries. The aim was to strengthen the position on the Slovak and European markets. To bring the traditional quality, know-how and management of the parent company to the newly created enterprise. After just a few months, it has proven to be highly competitive, flexible and innovative, but also capable of responding to new challenges in the short term.
